With “On the Town,” AAUWDC members can explore social events around town together. Encompassing a variety of areas such as theater, music, art, film, and dance, “On the Town” aims to provide an easy outlet to enjoy fun activities with interesting women!  The activities are not scheduled in advance – members will receive emails telling about upcoming events.

The organizers hope to put together at least one activity every month and host coffee/tea hour at a local spot before or after to encourage everyone to step outside their comfort zones and get to know each other better. “On the Town” is open to AAUWDC members, friends, and anyone who would like more information about membership in the DC branch.
